Petris Properties features 3 different types of accommodation in Ios Island. Il centro in the Chora of Ios, Scorpios also in Chora (currently under construction) and Traditional House by the Beach in Agia Theodoti.

We are passionate about offering our guest a pleasant and comfortable stay, so that they spend their holidays according to their expectations.

Il Centro

Surrounded by views of the inner courtyard, il Centro is a sustainable apartment in Ios Chora, offering guests an environmentally friendly accommodation close to Katsiveli Beach. The air-conditioned accommodations are a 11-minute walk from Kolitsani Beach. The apartment features garden views, a sun terrace, a 24-hour front desk, and free Wifi is available throughout the property. The units come with tiled floors and feature a fully equipped kitchenette with an oven, a flat-screen TV, and a private bathroom with a bath or shower and a hair dryer. At the apartment complex, all units are soundproof. At the apartment complex, each unit has bed linen and towels. Guests can also relax in the garden. Mylopotas Beach is a 12-minute walk from the apartment, while Valmas Beach is 1.4 miles from the property. The nearest airport is Santorini International Airport, 34 miles from il Centro.

Traditional House by the Beach

Traditional House by The Beach is a holiday home featuring a swimming pool and a big private garden, located in Agia Theodoti, within 150m from the beach and a 20 minute drive from Homer's Tomb. Guests benefit from free WiFi and private parking available on site. Overlooking the Aegean Sea from its furnished yard, this elegantly decorated stone house blends traditional elements with modern facilities. It consists of 2 bedrooms and a fully equipped kitchen with a stove and fridge. The living room comes with a fireplace, flat-screen TV and safety box. It also offers air conditioning, free WiFi, hairdryer, beach towels and washing machine.

Famous for its nightlife, beautiful sandy beaches, and great history and culture, the jewel of the Cycladic island has it all!

Good location and great host The hotel is very clean, its location is exceptionally convenient, providing swift access to Chora's city center, the bus station, the market, and ATV/moto rental services. Furthermore, a parking facility is conveniently located right in front of the hotel. The hotel also offers a secure and private atmosphere, thanks to its encompassing walls. Regrettably, we encountered an incident where our ATV was stolen in front of the hotel during the night. However, the owner demonstrated tremendous assistance and promptly came to our aid. Fortunately, the premises, including the parking area, are equipped with surveillance cameras. Utilizing the recorded footage, we were able to identify the direction in which our ATV was taken and recover it within an hour. We greatly appreciate the owner's swift and effective resolution of this situation. If you plan to rent an ATV, we strongly advise locking the steering mechanism at night to ensure its security.

Exceptional The host was amazing! He greeted us and provided us with all the information that we needed for our stay. He gave us advice on what places to go to and how to get to them! The outdoor area was so nice and has a great view. In a great location right near the town and bus stop. Couldn’t recommend this more:)

Exceptional Location location location, if you travel with kids and wish to stay close to a bitch, relax and unplug from the normal routine this is the place. We will be back for sure we loved the house especially the area outside.
